Yay!! I finished the first chapter of my story. Please read it, tell me what you think. THE SECRET BEYOND THE RADIANT ECLIPSE-CH 1. Soma's story-The Mysterious Eclipse In the year 2040, Soma Cruz and Mina Hakuba decide to make another trip to the Hakuba shrine. This time, there was a meteor shower that was expected to come over Tokyo. One afternoon, Soma and Mina are walking around in downtown Tokyo... "Come on, Mina. Let's go in this store." Soma said. "Mina?" Soma glanced behind to see where Mina might be. She was gazing into a store window. "What a gorgeous kimono," Mina said to herself, looking at a red and pink kimono. "I would never be able to afford it," she frowned, looking at the price tag. Soma walked up and stood next to her. "What are you looking at?" Soma asked. "Oh, nothing," Mina sighed. "You were looking at this, weren't you?" Soma asked, pointing at the kimono. "Yeah, I was." Mina said. "But I could never afford a thing like that." She sight as she started to walk away. "I'll buy it for you!" Soma said. "You don't have to." Mina exclaimed. "It's way too exspensive." "You know, Mina, I still have the money that Genya gave me for helping him out" Soma explained. "So I'm buying it for you." "Oh, thank you, Soma!" Mina said while hugging Soma. "Anything to make you happy." Soma smiled. They walked hand-in-hand into the store. Soma bought the kimono. "Here you go, Mina." "Thank you so much!" Mina said cheerfully. "Come on, let's go get something to eat." Soma suggested. Soma and Mina walked to this quaint little cafe at the corner of the street. They sat down and discussed things. "Soma," Mina asked. "Did you hear about the meteor shower that is expected to come over Tokyo tonight?" "Yes, I have." Soma nodded. "Why?" "I was thinking that we could go to the Hakuba Shrine and watch it." Mina explained. "Hakuba Shrine?" Soma questioned. "You remember what happened five years ago, don't you?" "Yeah." Mina sighed. "But it's all over now." "I'm the reincarnation of Dracula" Soma explained. "It could be dangerous." "I know, but you can control it now." Mina exclaimed. "So what are you worried about?" "I guess you're right." Soma said. "Alright, lets go!" Later that night, at the top of the Hakuba shrine. "Yay, we finally made it!" Mina cheered. "These steps are going to be the death of me." Soma exhaled as he layed on the ground. "Soma, you're so funny!" Mina laughed as she sat next to Soma. "Why must you pick on me?" Soma complained. "My lovable Soma." Mina chuckled."Because it is so easy!" Soma just rolled his eyes. "Look!" Mina shouted. "It's starting!" "Wow!" Soma said. "It's so pretty." Mina said while resting her head on Soma's shoulder. Soma smiled to himself. The shower went on for another fifteen minutes. All of a sudden, after the exhalations had ceased, the moon started to eclipse. "What the hell?" Soma stood up, gazing into the eclipse. "That isn't supposed to be happening!" Mina exclaimed."You were right, coming here was a bad idea." Soon, the whole moon was eclipsed. "What's going on?" Mina questioned. "I don't know." Soma panted. They started to retreat back to the steps. There was a flash of light. Soma and Mina attempted to sheild thier eyes. A few hours later... "Whoa, what happened." Soma asked himself. "Mina, are you alright?" He asked while looking down at Mina. She was unconscious. Soma got off the ground and dusted himself off. "What is this place?" Soma thought. " I know that eclipse did something, but we aren't at that castle. This place is different." This place was different. It wasn't the same castle they were sent to five years ago. This place was completly different. He looked beyond the fog and gazed upon a massive castle. Soma was now completly shure that they were in another place. The castle was adorned with old gothic statues and stained glass windows. "Where can we be?" Soma sighed. "Who lives in this ca..." Soma heard a scream. "Mina!" He ran as fast as he could. He found Mina cowering on the ground. "Mina, are you ok?" Soma panted. "Lo..Lo..Look!" Mina shuddered, pointing at a huge suit of armor. It was being animated by a mysterious force. "How can it be moving?" Soma questioned. The armor started to move. It drew out a huge claymore. "SOMA, LOOK OUT!" Mina screamed. The armor lunged at Soma, he mananged to jump out of the way.. "RUN!" Soma yelled. They both started to run torwards the castle. "Come on, Mina! "Soma yelled. "I'm trying!" Mina cried. The armor was gaining on them. "Oh no!" Mina tripped over a rock. "MINA!" Soma yelled while running to Mina's aid. "No, Soma, go save yourself!" Mina snapped. "I'm not leaving you!" Soma yelled. The suit of armor stopped pursuing them. It froze, but then it started to lunge at Soma and Mina. All of a sudden, the suit of armor collapsed. "What the hell?" Soma asked. He looled at the remains of the armor. He saw a figure through the dust... "Who is that?" So, what do you think? Feh. Today was also uneventful. I love how I lose track of time. I thought it was 1:30 am when it was 5am. So I'm majorly sleep deprived! ALL TAILGATERS SOULD GO TO HELL!!! I hate them so fucking much! I don't wanna go driving tomorrow. I wonder what Mr. M is going to call Dan this time??? A fair warning. DO NOT GO SEE THE GRUDGE 2, THE MOVIE SUCKS SO MUCH ASS!!! It was funny, but retarded. Haha, some kids got kicked out of the movie.XD I talked to somebody from Japan today. It was nice having an intelligent conversation for once. School...hmm..what's going to go on??? I feel so estatic right now... |
